About the Role
Starling Oncology is expanding across Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced Hematology Oncology Physician Assistant to join our new clinic in Kissimmee, FL, located about 20 miles south of Orlando.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new market, build your practice with intention, and be part of a physician-centered model designed for long-term success.
Practice & Clinical Support Model
• Established referral networks and growing patient demand
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong operational and clinical support
• On-site infusion services
• Dedicated Physician, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
Compensation & Incentives
• Competitive base salary + semi-annual performance bonus
• Equity opportunity
• Relocation support
• Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, malpractice, CME allowance)
• No state income tax
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
• Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
• Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas, communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
