Job Description

Role: Hematology-Oncology Physician

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient care for general Hematology and Oncology cases, primarily managing patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Duties

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology
• Active Ohio medical license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Details: Typically work four days per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with credentialing expected within 30-60 days.
