Job Summary
This role requires a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide outpatient care, focusing on complex oncology cases, treatment visits, follow-ups, and some new patient assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full patient panel with comprehensive care coordination
Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality oncology services
Qualifications & Skills
Board Certified and hold Basic Life Support certification
Hold a valid Louisiana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license
Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
Work Environment
Outpatient setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
