Hematology / Oncology Leadership Role in Central Illinois

Pay Rate: $650000.00 - $700000.00
Join a growing, system-supported Hematology/Oncology program within a respected integrated healthcare organization serving Central Illinois. This opportunity offers a balanced clinical practice, robust multidisciplinary resources, and the ability to help shape the future growth of oncology services across the region. Leadership opportunities are available for experienced physicians interested in program development and mentorship.
Practice Highlights:
• General Hematology/Oncology practice with a balanced mix of approximately 60–65% malignant oncology and 35–40% benign hematology
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including breast, GU, prostate, and other disease-focused programs
• Comprehensive cancer program featuring onsite CT, MRI, PET/CT, infusion services, pathology, and radiation oncology
• Strong multidisciplinary support including navigators, oncology pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, care coordinators, and fellowship-trained surgical oncology partners
• Access to clinical trials, genetic counseling, survivorship programs, and weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Leadership available for experienced physicians interested in Associate Medical Director responsibilities, program growth, recruitment, and strategic development
