Hematology & Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist for Diagnostics

Wildon Windcombe Health is hiring a Hematology & Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist for Diagnostics in Humble, Harris County. This is a full time position.
What you will do
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Obtain informed consent and document it correctly.
• Take part in clinical audit and act on what the findings show.
• Prioritise a caseload when demand exceeds the time available.
• Manage a clinic list and keep waiting times within agreed targets.
