• CharterCARE is a coordinated regional care network comprised of two acute care hospitals, large nursing home facility, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation center, community primary care center, home health service company, an IPA, and a large physician group practice

• Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital are community hospitals consisting of more than 400 beds and 550 medical staff members
