Hematologist/Oncologist - Houston, Texas $400,000 Starting Base Three-Year Partnership Track Zero Buy-In
Houston Cancer Treatment Centers is seeking a motivated Hematologist/Oncologist to join our busy, established, physician-owned practice. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values excellent patient care, enjoys building professional relationships, and wants a clear path to ownership.
An established referral base, dedicated infusion program, and experienced clinical and administrative team provide the support to build your patient panel immediately.
Compensation & Ownership
• Starting base salary of $400,000, negotiable based on experience, with annual compensation reviews.
• Productivity-based bonuses and substantial earning potential.
• Ownership after three years with zero buy-in. Your ownership percentage will equal your share of total practice revenue collected during your first three years, calculated under mutually agreed contractual terms.
• Opportunity to assume increasing leadership responsibilities and participate in the long-term growth of the practice.
Clinical Environment & Benefits

• Equitable, shared hospital and weekend call.
• Five weeks of paid time off, including four weeks of PTO and one week for CME.
