Shenandoah Oncology, a physician-owned, independent oncology practice in Winchester, Virginia, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established, collegial team of eight medical oncologists, three radiation oncologists, and ten advanced practice providers.
Care is delivered in a single, state-of-the-art cancer center with a strong referral base and long-standing regional relationships.
Physicians practice with meaningful clinical autonomy and shared decision-making within a stable community oncology model, with access to clinical trials and advanced therapies through the Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI).

This opportunity offers a four-day work week, 1:
8 call (single hospital coverage), competitive compensation, one-year partnership track, six weeks of paid vacation, and comprehensive benefits, including loan repayment.
