Job Description
Join Rochester Regional Health as a full-time Hematologist/Oncologist and help transform cancer care across Western New York. In this role, you will diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across six cancer centers. You will practice in a hybrid academic and community setting backed by innovative resources and a nationally recognized oncology program.
Practice Info
• Multispecialty Cancer Care, Academic + Community Hybrid practice setting
• Care delivered across Rochester Regional Health's 6 cancer centers
• Volume of 4,500+ new cancer and blood disorder patients per year
• Full multidisciplinary and APP team support
• Access to the Sands Constellation Center for Critical Care with 36 private, HEPA-filtered oncology beds
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and tumor boards
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Surgeons, Pathologists, and Radiologists
• Deliver care across Rochester Regional Health's 6 cancer centers
• Contribute to quality improvement, CME, and evidence-based care initiatives
Compensation
• Salary range of $400,000 to $500,000 per year
• Sign-on bonus
• Quality bonus
• Productivity bonus
• Negotiable loan repayment

Requirements
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Eligible for licensure in New York State
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Interest in participating in program development or clinical innovation is a plus
• H-1B visa sponsorship available
