Hematologist/Oncologist

The Brian Moran Cancer Institute (BMCI) at Duly Health and Care is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join its subspecialized, multidisciplinary team. Practice Info

• Subspecialized, multidisciplinary model for cancer care

• Care delivered by medical and radiation oncologists, as well as fellowship-trained surgical oncologists

• Advanced diagnostic capabilities, integrated supportive services, and access to innovative clinical trials

• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Oncology and more than 1,000 Duly providers

• Access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and comprehensive ambulatory services including advanced imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy

• Physician-led care model with physician governance

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Competitive total rewards salary between $475,000-$700,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

• Anticipated base compensation range for this position is $450,000-$550,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience

• This position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $475,000-$700,000
