Job Description
Join the forefront of cancer care as a founding Hematologist Oncologist at our new Comprehensive Cancer Center. This position offers you the unique opportunity to be part of an esteemed team dedicated to providing exceptional multidisciplinary cancer treatment.
About the Opportunity:
• Join the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Hematology/Oncology Team in a state-of-the-art facility set to open in Fall 2026.
• The center will feature:
• 32 infusion chairs with views of a tranquil green park and healing garden
• 18 exam rooms
• An on-site lab for convenient blood draws
• Advanced radiation and imaging equipment including two LINACs, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and PET scanner
• Operate primarily out of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center once it is operational.
• Work ratio of 20% Hematology and 80% Oncology, with anticipated shared call.
• Engage in clinical research opportunities.
• H-1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Two-Year Guarantee starting at $750,000 plus production incentives.
• Sign-on Bonus beginning at $100,000.

Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology.
• Preferred (but not required) board-certification or eligibility in Hematology.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
