COMPENSATION — A CLEAR PATHWAY FROM COMMISSION TO SALARY

This role is designed to reward performance at every stage — with a clear, transparent pathway from commission to base salary as your book of business grows.

🔥 STAGE 1 — First 90 days

25% accelerated commission on every agency closed

Maximum earning power while you build your pipeline fast

📈 STAGE 2 — After 90 days

15–20% recurring monthly commission on all active agencies

Paid monthly for the duration of each agency's active subscription

💼 STAGE 3 — Performance milestone

Once you reach a defined number of active agencies, your

compensation converts to a base salary plus commission on

every new agency you close beyond that milestone

🔄 STAGE 4 — 24-month review

Full compensation package reassessed and renegotiated based

on your performance and business growth

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prospect agencies nationwide via LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and events

• Run product demos using our professional sales deck and live platform

• Build relationships with agency owners, administrators, and billing directors

• Attend home health conferences, state association events, and industry meetings

• Guide prospects from first contact through signed agreement and handoff to onboarding

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred

• Existing relationships with home health, home care, or IDD waiver agency owners is a major advantage

• Experience with multi-branch or franchise organizations is a strong plus

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently nationwide

• Able to run demos confidently via Zoom, Teams, or in person

• A marketing services agreement is required before engagement — serious inquiries only
