Experteer Overview
As Health Economics Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) Manager based in Milan, you will shape Italian market access strategies across lung cancer and solid tumor areas. You will lead health economic evaluations to support value demonstration and pricing, and monitor the payer landscape to identify risks and opportunities. You will ensure cross‑functional alignment with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Regional teams while designing RWE initiatives to inform payer discussions. This is a mission‑driven role focused on patient access and value demonstration for in‑market and pipeline assets.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute Market Access strategies for Italy aligned with brand objectives Lead health economic evaluations (CEA, BIA) to support value demonstration and pricing Monitor Italian market access landscape (policies, competitors, payer dynamics) to identify risks and opportunities Ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Regional/Global teams Design and oversee real‑world evidence (RWE) and outcomes research initiatives to support value demonstration in Italy Translate evidence into actionable insights to inform payer discussions and access strategy Establish collaborations with key Italian stakeholders (KOLs, research centres, institutions) Lead pricing and reimbursement strategies in Italy, coordinating dossiers to AIFA and ensuring HTA compliance Support negotiations with AIFA in collaboration with internal stakeholders Work with Regional Access Team to facilitate regional and local access, and track evolution of pricing frameworks Responsabilità 3–5 years of experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry MSc degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, or Economics Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics / Market Access / Healthcare Management is a plus Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration (Market Access, Medical, Commercial) Experience in oncology is strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced English and Italian proficiency Solid knowledge of MS Office tools Requisiti fondamentali annual bonus based on performance vacation days parential leave for a minimum of 12 weeks bereavement leave caregiver leave well‑being reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
