A well-established, physician-owned ENT practice in northeast Indiana is seeking a Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained surgeon to step into a strong regional referral base while working alongside an experienced Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist.

The practice serves a broad geographic region encompassing northern Indiana, northwest Ohio, and southern Michigan and manages a significant volume of complex head and neck cancer cases.
Position Highlights

• Broad case mix including:
• Mucosal head and neck malignancies
• Salivary gland tumors
• Thyroid cancer
• Skin cancers
• Transoral robotic surgery (TORS)
• Complex head and neck oncology
• Strong established regional referral network
• Dedicated clinical and surgical support staff
• On-site Speech-Language Pathology support
• NP/PA support for inpatient rounding
• 1:12 call schedule
• No trauma call
• Collaborative environment with a large, established ENT group
