Job Description
Sanford Women's Health is seeking a BC/BE Gynecologist Oncologist physician to join its practice in Fargo, ND.
• The clinic has great strength in additional staff and support services, including 2 Gyn/Onc partners located in another region as part of a large multi-site system, APPs along with 13 Ob/ Gyns, genetic counselors, CNMs, psychologists and a nurse navigator who guides the patient from cancer diagnosis to survivorship.
• Multidisciplinary approach with clinical research through Sanford's membership in GOG, which allows our team to provide the latest cancer treatment.
• Robust Robotics Program

Competitive compensation package includes:
• Annual compensation of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
