Job Description
Mercy in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified Gynecologic Oncologist to expand its gynecologic oncology program in Northwest Arkansas. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive gynecologic oncologic care, including advanced surgical oncology and chemotherapy administration, within a mission-driven, nationally recognized health system. The position is supported by state-of-the-art facilities, including the da Vinci Xi platform and an on-site infusion center, to elevate women's cancer care in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.

• System-wide EPIC EMR with DAX for clinical documentation
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive gynecologic oncologic care, including chemotherapy administration and advanced surgical oncology
• Manage complex gynecologic cancer cases
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery utilizing the da Vinci Xi system
• Offer expert support and consultation to general OB/GYN physicians, including difficult benign surgical cases
• Deliver care across ambulatory, inpatient, and virtual settings
