Job Description
Mercy Gynecologist Oncology is seeking a board certified or board eligible surgeon to join their established practice in St. Louis, MO. The role involves collaborating with a team of two surgeons and two nurse practitioners across Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Mercy Hospital South. Providers will have exciting opportunities to participate in clinical trials, teach OB/GYN residents, and help expand services. Practice Info
• Practice located on the campus of Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Mercy Hospital South in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
• Team consists of two surgeons, two nurse practitioners, and an engaged support staff
• Mercy Hospital St. Louis is a 979-bed, Level I Trauma Center, fully accredited teaching hospital featuring the David C. Pratt Cancer Center and a Proton Therapy Center
• Mercy Hospital South is a 767 acute-bed, Level II Trauma Center featuring the David M. Sindelar Cancer Center and an APEx-accredited Radiation Oncology Center of Excellence
• Comprehensive cancer care services include clinical studies, 340B drug pricing, genetic testing, rehab oncology, lymphedema, and integrative medicine
• Onsite access to oncology social workers, cancer-specific financial counselors, oncology dietitians, counselors, chaplains, and two cancer-dedicated research RNs
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with current team to expand services outside of the Metropolitan area
• Teach OB/GYN residents
• Participate in clinical trials
Compensation
• $100K sign-on bonus
