Gynecologic Oncologist

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join their high-volume, well-established Women's Health and Roger Maris Surgical Oncology programs in Fargo, North Dakota. This position offers exceptional collegial support, a collaborative multi-site network, and the opportunity to build a robust practice within a comprehensive, team-based oncology program. Providers will work alongside a deeply supportive care team and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical research.

• Collaborative multi-site Women's Health network

• Comprehensive, team-based oncology program

• Care team includes 13 Ob/Gyns, genetic counselors, CNMs, psychologists, and nurse navigators

• Well-established robotic surgery program with advanced technology and OR support

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with experienced Surgical Oncology colleagues

• Engage in clinical research through GOG, supported by a strong clinical trial portfolio within the Roger Maris Cancer Center

• Provide regional outreach to serve women across the upper Midwest

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan

• Annual compensation of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

• $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
