Job Description
Exciting Gynecologic Oncology opportunity just outside Philadelphia with strong institutional support and immediate volume.
The ideal candidate is a confident, robotically trained Gynecologic Oncologist with strong invasive surgical experience who is comfortable in a solo practice environment. This individual should be personable and collaborative, with a strong interest in building relationships with OB/GYN providers and growing a referral-based program.
Practice Overview

· Build and lead Gynecologic Oncology service line
· Strong OB/GYN referral base:16 OB/GYN physician + 4 APPs across 3 practices
· Robust GYN services
· Goal: retain complex cases in-system (reduce external referrals)
Clinical Environment
· Busy clinic
· Dedicated OR blocked time
· Robot training preferred
· Invasive surgical experience required
· Call Structure: Minimal call burden overall
· Oncology NP takes first call (majority managed independently)
· Hospitalist + 2 attendings on call support structure
· Dedicated Gynecology Oncology Nurse Navigator
· Dedicated RN + MA support
· Full ancillary team
Compensation & Benefits
· $500,000 starting salary + rvu’s
· 25 ATO + 7 holidays
· 5 sick days (accruable)
· CME: $4,000 annually
· 403(b) + 457 plan
