Grand Rapids, Michigan | Hematology/Oncology Physician (Full-Time)
Position Overview
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Position Type: Permanent (No locums)
Clinical Role
• Provide full-spectrum Hematology/Oncology care:
• New patient consultations
• Active treatment management
• Follow-up care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and experience
Practice Setting & Resources
• Comprehensive, multi-disciplinary oncology service line with access to:
• Radiation Oncology
• Neuro Oncology
• Surgical Oncology
• Gynecologic Oncology
• Breast, Thoracic, and Colorectal Surgery
• Large Cancer Network serving West Michigan & Lake Michigan shoreline
• Strong Primary Care referral base
Robust Support Includes:
• Advanced Practice Providers
• Infusion services
• Care Management & Social Work
• Nurse Navigation & Triage
• Research & Clinical Trials
• Lab & Pharmacy services
• Genetics & Financial Counseling
• Program marketing & outreach support
• Academic Affiliation: University of Michigan (research & resources access)
Qualifications & Certifications
• Board Status:
• Board Certified OR Board Eligible required
• New grads accepted (must become BC within 2 years)
• High-caliber, quality-focused physicians encouraged to apply
Licensure & Visa
• License: Michigan (or ability to obtain)
• Visa:
• H1B: Accepted
• J1 Waiver: Not accepted
