Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Global Medical Head, Early Development for Interventional Oncology in North America. This hybrid role is based in Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Cambridge, MA, with three days onsite weekly.
You will lead multiple early development programs, overseeing staff and strategy across oncology trials and NDA/MAA activities. The role requires an MD/DO with 8–10 years in oncology, leadership experience, and strong regulatory acumen.
