Gianluca Vago has been Elected President of the Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster for 2025 – 2028

Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster (Cluster lombardo scienze della vita) shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Professor Gianluca Vago has been elected President of the Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster for the three-year period 2025 – 2028; former Vice President in the previous term and currently President of the The National Center for Oncological Hadrontherapy (CNAO) and Director of the Department of Oncology and Haemato-Oncology of the University of Milan, where he held the role of Rector from 2012 to 2018.

The Board of Directors has appointed Professor Enrico Felice Gherlone, Rector of the Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Full Professor of Odontostomatological Diseases and Head of the Dentistry Unit at the Ospedale San Raffaele as Vicepresidente.

The President and the Vice-President will lead the team of the Board of Directors, elected last June 6 at the Assembly and expression of all the categories represented by the organization, with the aim of contributing to the development of the supply chain and generating innovation in the sector, in favor of the health of citizens.
