Scope of Practice:
Primarily focused on the Geriatric Memory Clinic, with opportunities to provide care across Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient and inpatient Palliative Care, and Hospice.

Our Lancaster and Palmdale facilities are an easy commute from the Santa Clarita Valley or other parts of Los Angeles.
