Join a Leading Cancer Program in Augusta, Georgia

Wellstar Medical College of Georgia Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our growing oncology team at GCC Downtown in Augusta, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nationally recognized cancer program dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care while supporting education, research, and innovation.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Medical Oncology opportunity
• Established referral network with a strong patient base
• Practice within a multidisciplinary cancer program that includes surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and supportive oncology services
• Access to advanced diagnostics, infusion services, clinical trials, and tumor board collaboration
• Opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents
• Collaborative environment with experienced physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff
• Epic EMR platform

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Georgia
• Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology from an accredited program
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Interest in clinical research and academic medicine is welcomed
