Position Summary
The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking faculty at the assistant, associate, or professor level with expertise in genetic counseling and oncology genetics. The role includes clinical care, management, academic responsibilities, and education of students and trainees.
Responsibilities Provide clinical genetic counseling for children and adults with genetic disorders. Manage patient care within multidisciplinary teams. Be involved in academic duties such as teaching and curriculum development. Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publications. Qualifications Board certification in genetic counseling. Eligibility for licensure in the State of Indiana. Minimum of 5 years of experience in genetic counseling with a focus on oncology genetics. Doctorate or terminal degree required. Preferred: a track record of publications and research funding. Environment
