micro1 is engaging Generalists to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong
critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills who can provide high-quality insights across a range of topics.
No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities


- Analyze, evaluate, and annotate various datasets to support AI system training and validation.

- Provide clear, accurate, and high-quality written input and feedback based on project requirements.

- Review and refine AI model outputs to improve relevance, accuracy, and overall quality.

- Complete problem-solving tasks requiring critical thinking and cross-domain understanding.

- Apply project guidelines consistently across assigned tasks and deliverables.

- Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain project standards.
- Communicate findings, observations, and insights effectively through written and verbal channels.

- Identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement in data and model outputs.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project activities.

- Collaborate effectively with remote project teams in a digital-first environment.

Compensation


- $50–$90 per hour
