AdventHealth Waterman is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist for a robotics opportunity in Tavares, Florida. This position joins an established, highly regarded practice supported by experienced urologists and advanced practice providers in a 300-bed, full-service community hospital. The role offers a diverse case mix, advanced technology including the da Vinci Xi robotic platform, and a collaborative team culture.

Practice Info

• AdventHealth Waterman, a 300-bed, full-service community hospital located in Lake County

• Fourth physician in an established and highly regarded practice supported by three Urologists and advanced practice providers

• Equipped with Da Vinci XI robotic platform, Aquablation - Hydros Robotic System, and EPIC EMR with integrated AI-powered scribe functionality

• Strong, multidisciplinary hospital support including oncology, radiation oncology, anesthesia, and critical care teams

• Modern facilities with state-of-the-art operating rooms and on-site cancer center

Responsibilities

• Perform open, laparoscopic, and robotic urologic surgeries and procedures

Compensation

• Highly Competitive Compensation with Potential to exceed $600,000 in Year 1
