OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a General Medical Oncologist with primarily GI oncology experience for a long-term outpatient locums opportunity in Massachusetts.

This is a 1.0 FTE position offering a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule, with the potential to extend beyond the initial 1-year commitment.

Local candidates are preferred, but travel candidates are welcome if they can commit to a consistent schedule.
SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS

40 hours/week | 4 days/week | 8 clinic sessions

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

The ideal provider will cover all 4 days across both locations:

Fitchburg, MA – Health Alliance, Burbank Campus
Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center
• 2 days/week
• 4 clinic sessions

Worcester, MA – UMass Medical Cancer Center
University Campus
• 2 days/week
• 4 clinic sessions

Flexible Coverage: Providers who are only available 2 days/week at one location may also be considered.
CLINICAL DETAILS
• 10–16 patients/day
• General Medical Oncology with primarily GI oncology
• Epic EMR
• APP support
• RN Navigator support
• Director and Clinic Manager on site
• Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Massachusetts medical license – REQUIRED
• Hematology/Oncology fellowship – REQUIRED
• DEA – Required
• CSR – Required
• Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
