Join OPIS as a Clinical Project Manager

OPIS is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies worldwide. With expertise across Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Medical Writing, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs, we partner with sponsors to deliver high-quality clinical research solutions across all phases of development. OPIS is building a network of experienced Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) to support anticipated future growth within our Clinical Operations team. While this is not an active vacancy, we welcome expressions of interest from professionals who would like to be considered for future opportunities.

Areas of Expertise We're Interested In:
• Global clinical trial management across Phase I–IV studies
• Project planning, execution, and oversight
• Sponsor relationship management and client communication
• Timeline, budget, and resource management
• Vendor and CRO oversight
• Risk identification, mitigation, and issue management
• Cross-functional leadership across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Regulatory teams
• Study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities
• Quality management and inspection readiness
• Team leadership and stakeholder management

Ideal Background We would love to hear from professionals who have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline
• At least 1-2 years experience as a Clinical Project Manager
• Experience working within a CRO environment
• Experience managing global clinical studies and international project teams
• Previous Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience required
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and project management principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills
