We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with a Medical Oncologist at a hospital in Rhinebeck, NY.

• Provide comprehensive, advanced nursing care and act as a Clinical Patient Navigator for oncology patients.
• Conduct health histories, physical assessments, and oversee treatment infusions and supportive care.
• Write orders within practice limits, maintain clinical documentation, and participate in quality and research initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and participate in ongoing learning.
