FT Custodial Position-Afternoon Shift

PENDING BOARD APPROVAL WE WILL HAVE AN OPEN FT CUSTODIAL POSITION AFTERNOON SHIFT

1. Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor





2. Conditions:

a. 260 days per year

b. 8 hours per day, over-time eligible

c. Calendar year, full-time employment

d. Benefit eligible





3. Qualifications

a. High school diploma or equivalent preferred

b. Basic understanding of custodial needs

c. Ability to communicate effectively with others

d. Alternatives to the above requirements as determined by the administration





4. Major Responsibilities

a. Clean rooms in assigned area per cleaning chart provided by maintenance director

b. Notify maintenance/custodial supervisor concerning needs for major repairs and/or modifications

c. Take out and replace garbage cans, clean off tables, sweep floors

d. Clean and sanitize areas in accordance with state and federal requirements

e. Any other job duties as assigned by supervisors
