What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our FOH team, you’ll be the face of Epic Wings, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handling transactions at the register.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining and service area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing excellent customer service to create memorable experiences.
