Contract Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 10+ Months
Location: San Diego CA (#LI- Hybrid)
Pay Range: $40.00 - $47.00

Job Summary:
This role serves as the initial point of contact for fraud and risk detection, actively triaging and validating potential issues. You will also be responsible for enhancing operational workflows and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations while developing analytical competencies. The position requires a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and validate fraud and risk cases.
- Propose process improvements based on trend analysis.
- Support initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on risk matters.
- Identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
Must-Have Skills:
- Foundational knowledge in fraud/risk operations or security triage.
- Strong understanding of process and governance principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
