Role Summary

We are seeking a Medical Director to lead strategic efforts in Market Access and Medical Affairs within the U.S. market. This individual will play a pivotal role in payer engagement, scientific strategy, and clinical evidence development to accelerate adoption and access for cutting-edge oncology diagnostics.

Core Responsibilities:

Market Access
• Develop and execute strategies to drive payer coverage and reimbursement at national and regional levels.
• Lead value-based discussions with payers and decision-makers to support favorable policy outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze payer trends, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and reimbursement teams on pricing models and contracting frameworks.

Medical Affairs
• Build strong scientific relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and KOLs to support adoption.
• Deliver educational programs and represent the company at conferences and scientific forums.
• Support advisory boards, real-world evidence generation, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Align internal teams with market and clinical insights to shape strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) in oncology, molecular biology, genetics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in diagnostics with a focus on Market Access, Medical Affairs, or payer engagement.
• Proven record of securing U.S. reimbursement for molecular diagnostic tests.
• Expertise in oncology diagnostics, including NGS, MRD, liquid biopsy, and precision medicine applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across functions and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Remote U.S.

-based position with regular travel for strategic meetings and scientific events.
• Flexibility to work across time zones when required.
• Potential for expanded leadership responsibilities as the organisation grows
