Field Service Technician

About the Position / Current Initiatives: This is a replacement opening for a senior Field Service Technician with approximately 10 years of field experience, creating a significant knowledge gap within the organization. The manager is seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded telecommunications technician capable of supporting installations, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support activities across a variety of communication technologies.





The technician will support customers across Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina, covering locations such as Durham, Goldsboro, the Sandhills region, areas near the Virginia border, and locations approaching the North Carolina coast. Daily responsibilities typically include reporting to the Raleigh warehouse, collecting equipment and materials, traveling to customer sites, completing field work, and returning to the warehouse. Significant driving time should be expected.





Future hiring plans may include adding a junior technician, but the immediate focus is filling this experienced resource.

- Additional technicians located in Wilmington, NC and Florence, SC
