Join a Leading Breast Surgery Team!
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is looking for a Fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist to enhance our comprehensive multidisciplinary breast program. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside two established breast surgeons in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care, innovation, and quality outcomes.
Position Highlights:
• Collaborative environment with dedicated breast radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and plastic surgeons.
• Active role within a recognized Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited program.
• Opportunity to contribute to clinical research and evidence-based pathways.
• Access to resources such as nurse navigators, survivorship programs, and extensive support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dedicate surgical time to perform an average of 4-8 cases per week.
• Provide patient-centered care in clinical setting with an average of 10-14 patients per clinic day.
• Collaboration with reconstructive surgeons to ensure seamless care for patients.
• Utilize advanced technology including wireless localization in breast surgery.
Ideal Candidate:
• Completed a breast surgery fellowship and possess strong teamwork skills.
• Passionate about advancing clinical quality and program outreach.
• Committed to providing excellent patient-centered care.
