Job Overview:
We are looking to add a FNP (or PA with 4 years experience) to our team of hard working individuals. The ideal candidate is someone who would be invested in helping patients achieve better health outcomes overall and not just address symptoms. The ideal candidate would be open to looking at the root cause of why patients have symptoms and be willing to learn and be trained on treating those, not just treating the symptoms. This candidate would be passionate about empowering patients to be active partners in their own healthcare decisions. Have a knowledge of or desire to learn how to do bioidentical hormones, treat thyroid, autoimmune, hormone imbalance, chronic fatigue, period irregularities, gut health and nutritional deficiencies. For the right candidate we would be willing to train. We also need help seeing our current patients for acute needs, weight loss and basic family practice health care needs. Working in our Medspa is also a possibility for the right candidate. We love merging the best of both worlds. Looking & Feeling great!
Salary or performance pay per chart/procedure available based on experience. We want to empower those that want to be with their families and also use the skills they have to help others in their health journey. Therefore, we can be flexible and your consistent schedule can be tailored to your needs within reason. If you are performance based you are free to spend time with your patients, see the number you want to see, and have independence in how you practice. If you desire to be paid salary you will be seeing 2-3 patients an hour.
Our clinic is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am- 5:30pm and Fridays from 8:30 am-1:00 pm. This position could work some or all days. Additional benefits for working all days-full time.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications in accordance with DEA regulations.
- Insert and remove IUDs
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care across various settings.
- Provide health education and counseling on disease prevention, medication management, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions such as infectious diseases, pain management issues, behavioral health concerns, and complex medical diagnoses.
- Participate in telehealth consultations to extend care access beyond traditional clinical settings.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in diverse clinical environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Hands-on experience with procedures like IV infusion, dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments (Botulinum toxin), and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical coding systems such as CPT codes and ICD 10 classifications ensures accurate documentation for billing and compliance purposes.
- Strong communication skills for client education and participation in health outcomes are essential for success in this role.
