Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:
• Conducting thorough initial assessments of clients to evaluate their strengths, challenges, and goals, and ensuring all necessary intake documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and applying specific psychological interventions aimed at helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health outcomes.
• Providing individual and family counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment for expression and healing.
• Coordinating with community resources and referral services to ensure comprehensive support for clients, facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Offering crisis intervention and follow-up support as needed, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate care during emergency situations.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress to assist in treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Providing feedback and consultations to fellow treatment team members regarding client presentations and progress, promoting a cohesive treatment approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Real One Psychology, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges.
Your role will involve supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions, among other concerns.
Your interventions will not only focus on immediate challenges but also emphasize long-term healing and resilience.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
• A valid California Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential.
• A Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred and will enhance your application:
• Experience in providing virtual counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

Real One Psychology offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
