The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Research in Integrative Sciences with a focus on Hematology-Oncology. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning external search and triage activities with the company's research priorities, leading the triage process, and shaping collaboration plans. The role requires a PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline, at least 10 years of experience in drug discovery or early development, and a strong background in oncology and/or hematology. The Executive Director will also be expected to model scientific leadership, and collaborative behavior, and ensure that external innovation strengthens the company's research pipeline.
