Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director Global Program Lead Early Development Oncology - Targeted Therapies to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Madison, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $286,310 – $346,945 annually
Responsibilities
• Create and execute asset vision and development programs aligned with R&D portfolio goals
• Engage cross-company expertise to champion asset strategies and implementation plans
• Analyze project progress and make data-driven decisions for project success
• Ensure high-quality assets are delivered for commercial addressing unmet patient needs
• Lead teams in developing comprehensive clinical and commercialization strategies
Qualifications
• MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, MBA or equivalent advanced degree with relevant drug development experience
• 10+ years in drug development with leadership experience in either academic or industry settings
• In-depth expertise in drug development processes, matrix leadership, and regulatory expectations
• Proven ability to lead through influence within complex global organizations
• Strong understanding of cell therapy and clinical pharmacology
