We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Global Medical Affairs for solid tumors. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive medical affairs strategies, focusing on delivering impactful data generation and effectively shaping our clinical development programs. You will play an essential role in representing medical affairs during clinical team meetings while pioneering scientific communication and publication strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key opinion leaders and global institutions.
• Developing innovative strategies to enhance our solid tumor programs.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure alignment and drive results.
• Leading initiatives that prioritize patient needs and uphold our organizational values.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• An advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) with subspecialty training in oncology.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in solid tumors.
• Strong background in clinical development, including experience as a medical director or clinical scientist.
• Expertise in global clinical study design and drug development processes.
• A thorough understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines.
