Summary

The Executive Assistant to the VP/ACD provides high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.

Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/ coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports. Responsibilities:

• Coordinates calendars, scheduling, and itineraries for executives and board members.
• Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings.
• Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive.
• Create and interpret reports for executive. Credentials and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years administrative support experience in an office setting. Preferred:
• Prefer at least 2 years at the executive/director level. Prefer experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.

Salary Range

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
