Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Bethesda, MD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations and the executive team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing and maintaining documentation, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and providing general office support to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and organization
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing calendars
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional demeanor
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with a team
Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is advantageous
