Job Description
This position offers a salary range of $72,000 to $77,000. Actual pay will be determined based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Thom Child & Family Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist/OT to join our dedicated team.
As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you will:
• Provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.
• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to deliver individualized, meaningful services rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Support families by prioritizing their needs, culture, and values throughout the service delivery process.

Position Responsibilities:
• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of clients' developmental statuses.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family-centered services, applying developmentally appropriate activities for children and their families using a parent coaching model.
• Coordinate services through scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate in the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to set goals and strategies for child development.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to foster development, helping families become effective advocates for their children.
• Document progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence using the Thom electronic system.
• Provide individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers at risk for delays in various developmental areas.
Position Requirements:
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Preferred experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families.
• Strong knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Able to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and community partners.
• A commitment to delivering culturally responsive and individualized services.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Good computer and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural abilities are a plus.
