DIVISION CHIEF PEDIATRIC PALLIATIVE CARE
Dayton, OH
Position Highlights:
• Build a Pediatric Palliative Care program across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Opportunity to shape program development, quality initiatives and strategy
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, family centered care for children
• Favorable call schedule - 1 week/month
• Flexible scheduling that supports exceptional work-life balance
• Teaching opportunities through Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine
Compensation & Benefits:
• 80% clinical time/ 20% admin
• Base salary range starts at $227,000 + Leadership stipend + incentive eligible
• Generous PTO leave - 33 days
• CME allowance $5,500 + 5 CME days

Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Ceompletion of an ACGME accredited Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship
• Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Desire or strong interest in program development and mentorship
