GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Director, Translational Science Lead in Waltham, MA, to oversee the development and delivery of biomarker strategies in the Renal, Inflammation and Fibrosis area. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to enhance translational efforts and improve clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in a scientific discipline and significant experience in translational science within the pharmaceutical industry, as well as demonstrated success in managing and guiding teams.
