Job Description
Company Description Evolve Private Wealth is an independent, employee-owned registered investment advisor serving entrepreneurs, business owners, and multi-generational families facing complex financial needs. The firm operates as a modern family office, integrating investment management, tax strategy, estate planning coordination, and balance-sheet advice into one cohesive relationship. Its adaptive approach is designed to evolve with clients as their lives, businesses, and priorities change, focusing on clarity, flexibility, and long-term decision-making. Supported by a seasoned, multi-disciplinary team and robust infrastructure, Evolve Private Wealth is built to serve complex families at meaningful scale while helping clients create adaptive wealth and enduring legacies.
Role Description We're looking for an experienced wealth management professional to join us as a Director. You'll own key client relationships, help shape the strategic direction of our advisory practice, and act as the connective tissue between clients and our investment and operations teams. This is a fit for someone who has already managed sophisticated client portfolios and wants more ownership over how those relationships are run.
Responsibilities
- Lead key client relationships end to end: investment guidance, portfolio analysis, trade execution, and account maintenance
- Run client meetings, including performance reviews and strategic recommendations, independently once relationships are established
- Build customized financial strategies and investment plans around each client's goals
- Spot client needs and market opportunities early, and bring portfolio recommendations to clients before they have to ask
- Serve as the main point of contact for client servicing: research and resolve inquiries, manage follow-up, and run quarterly reviews
- Work closely with the investment and operations teams to keep client strategies aligned with the rest of the practice
Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of wealth management or investment advisory experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A critical thinker who anticipates client needs rather than waiting to be asked
- Solid understanding of advisory operations: account management, custodial platforms, proposal generation
- A track record of building relationships with clients, colleagues, and outside partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong investment knowledge, including exposure to alternative assets
- Experience with Addepar a plus
- CFP, CPWA, CAIA, or CFA designation a plus
- Series 65 or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree required
