Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing nursing team.





Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee all nursing department operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and staff performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
- Prepare for and manage survey readiness and regulatory inspections


Qualifications:


- Current and active RN license (required)
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant DON in LTC/SNF setting
- Strong leadership and clinical management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
