Director Of Nursing

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:





- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for the nursing department
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
- Provides coaching, guidance, and feedback to nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects







Requirements:





- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting
- Current RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills
