Job Description

Pacific Cancer Care in Monterey, CA seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN/Pharmacist/APP) to lead outpatient oncology nursing and key clinical support functions, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

You will coach staff, oversee staffing and schedules, validate orders and treatment readiness, maintain regulatory compliance, optimize EMR workflows, and partner with physicians and leadership to improve patient experience.
